To use this referral counter script... you'll need:

refer.mv  <== This is the script that creates the referral data base.
run.mv    <== The procedure counter() counts the incoming click. The rest of the script generates the report.

To Install:
1) Create a directory called /refer/ in your root script directory.
2) Copy both files to that directory. (view the .txt files and cut and paste the source)
3) Edit both scripts and set the data_path. (currently set to "/miva/refer/")
4) Run refer.mv  This will create the refer data base.
